You will define the technical architecture, ensure platform stability and compliance, and act as the key connection point between business stakeholders, support teams and vendors. Your role will enable essential financial and business planning processes across Opella by ensuring a secure, scalable and high‑performing Planning Analytics environment. Given the variety of applications hosted—from small-scale to business‑critical—this is a highly transversal role requiring strong coordination skills and solid technical expertise. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 h3Platform responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and maintain the technical architecture of the Planning Analytics platform. /li liPlan and execute platform activities including upgrades, versioning, patching and disaster recovery testing. /li liLead troubleshooting investigations, identify root causes and define technical solutions. /li liEnsure optimal infrastructure use through proactive capacity planning. /li liImplement and maintain monitoring tools and KPIs to track platform performance and availability. /li liEnsure compliance with Opella’s quality, security and audit requirements. /li liManage vendor relationships related to infrastructure, licensing and platform services. /li liInnovate to improve scalability, service delivery and cost efficiency. /li liMaintain and enhance platform utilities,



including the PA license reporting tool (Power BI or similar). /li liEnsure platform readiness for all hosted applications, regardless of size or criticality. /li /ul h3Application Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as the internal Application Owner, bridging Product Owners, Support Teams and business partners. /li liOversee day‑to‑day application operations including audits, data quality, MDM coordination and recurring tasks. /li liLead incident management for complex or critical cases. /li liPerform key admin tasks: start/stop environments, backup/restore, cube management, security role configuration, calculation scripts and interface maintenance. /li liDrive simplification and continuous improvement of applications. /li liManage the application lifecycle from development to decommissioning. /li liTranslate business needs into technical specifications in collaboration with finance and business teams. /li liMaintain clear, up‑to‑date documentation for configurations, processes and changes. /li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liExperience working with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) in an administration, development or platform role. /li liStrong understanding of TM1 architecture and application management. /li liProficiency in automation or scripting tools (e.g., PowerShell or similar). /li liExperience with DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Ansible, GitHub Actions) and container platforms (e.g., OpenShift).
