Moreover the role will need to work effectively with the different stakeholders in Financial Reporting: Vitoria R2R Retain Organization, Sector Financial Reporting team; KBS Reporting team, etc. /p /brpThe role can be accountable for several Financial Reporting tasks transferred to VBS such us Cost Accounting, Intercompanies, Fixed Assets, B/S accounts reconciliations, HFM reporting and others, meeting defined service levels and KPIs. It is critical to be accurate and respect financial reporting deadlines. /p /br /brh3Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliExecution of the Financial Reporting tasks assigned by the VBS Supervisor. They may include: /brul /brliAll types of accounting, analysis and reporting, in compliance with US and local GAAP accounting principles, Swissco model and GCS model. /li /brliCost Accounting, reconciliation of inventories. Recoajust. /li /brliSD and GA accruals booking and accounts reconciliation. /li /brliPreparation of HFM or other reporting requirements from Region/Sector reporting team /li /brliIntercompany transactions accounting and balances reconciliation. Ensure proper back-up documentation. /li /brliAccounting of interest and other adjustment related to intercompany loans /li /brliOperating Cash Flow analysis, cause of change, elaborating AOP and P9F and follow up of monthly outlook. /li /brliElaboration of local statutory accounts and CBCR requirements.



/li /br /ul /br /li /brliThe icumbent must perform the reporting on time and with high quality and must guarantee accuracy and transparency in all accounting information. /li /brliPartner with Spain R2R retained organization to ensure R2R processes are followed in line with the defined process flows and DTP’s and that results are in line with defined SLA’s and KPI’s. /li /brliActive networking and support to KBS, Sector and all SWE stakeholders in Control and Reporting. /li /brliPerform the calculation of service KPI as required by the reporting SLA’s as well as any other activities required by the GBS-VBS model/structure /li /brliSupport compliance with Spain and Vitoria legal and tax requirements /li /brliEnsure adherence to PepsiCo’s policies guidelines and to Financial Reporting and accounting polices and procedures. /li /brliEnsure compliance with GCS framework and properly execute the Key Controls assigned to the reporting area /li /br /ul /br /brh3Qualifications /h3 /brul /brliMin. 2 years in Control / Reporting / service integration environment /li /brliQualified with Business Administration, Economics or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance /li /brliFluent English Level /li /brliSkilled in Microsoft Office and digital tools with proven solid level in Excel. /li /brliGood planning and time management skills: “Focus and get things done fast” /li /brliSolid knowledge of SAP and HFM /li /brliAnalytical skills and able to focus on the details and accuracy of the reporting data. /li /brliGood knowledge of US GAAP and local accounting /li /brliAgile and continuous improvement mindset /li /brliInterpersonal skills and ability for effectively collaborate and work with several and diverse teams. /li /br /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
