- Manage end-to-end Spanish payroll — from data collection and processing to statutory filings, approvals, and payments.

- Act as the subject matter expert for all things related to Spanish payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth delivery.

- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Payroll Operations, Finance, Product, and Engineering.

- Handle reconciliations and payroll accounting tasks with precision.

- Keep payroll data clean, consistent, and audit-ready.

- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency projects across the payroll function.

- Provide occasional support to regional payroll leads when needed.

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience managing Spanish payroll, ideally within a global or fast-paced environment.

- Strong understanding of Spanish labor law, tax, and compliance.

- Skilled in tools like SAP, Excel, or Google Sheets.

- Excellent attention to detail with a knack for problem-solving.





- Comfort working asynchronously and independently in a remote-first culture.

- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
