Our portfolio spans breast, lung, brain, prostate, and thyroid imaging AI, deployed across enterprise imaging platforms and large screening programs. /p h3Job Summary /h3 pThe Technical Services Engineer, Europe is responsible for the deployment, integration, and technical support of DeepHealth's AI medical imaging software at customer sites across the European region. Working within the Delivery and Implementation team, this role gathers customer requirements, manages end-to-end software installations, and provides expert technical support to ensure a seamless customer experience. The Technical Services Engineer collaborates closely with development teams, contributes to the continuous improvement of deployment processes and workflows, and plays a key role in enabling customers to get the most from DeepHealth's clinical AI solutions. /p h3Essential Duties and Responsibilities /h3 ul liPrepare, perform, and maintain customer installations of DeepHealth's AI medical imaging software, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure. /li liGather customer requirements and installation environment details to enable smooth and efficient deployments. /li liProvide expert technical support to customers and partners, troubleshooting and resolving incidents in a timely and professional manner. /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of the Delivery and Implementation team's workflows, streamlining processes and enhancing the customer experience. /li liBe adaptable and available to support customers outside of regular working hours; participation in an on-call rotation may be required. /li liCollaborate with development teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration of applications. /li liDocument system configurations, procedures,
and best practices to support knowledge sharing and operational consistency. /li liStay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to platform engineering and medical imaging. /li /ul pPLEASE NOTE: This is not an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities and requirements of the position described above. Other functions may be assigned and management retains the right to add or change duties at any time. /p h3Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (required). /li liMinimum of 2 years of experience in systems engineering or a similar technical role (required); 5+ years of experience preferred. /li liProficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash. /li liSolid knowledge of Linux, networking, and security. /li liExperience with public/private cloud platforms (GCP preferred), Kubernetes, and container orchestration. /li liLinux shell scripting and Linux toolchain installation, upgrade, and maintenance. /li liExperience troubleshooting Docker containers. /li liFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling including Terraform, Ansible, and ArgoCD. /li liKnowledge of monitoring platforms and observability tool stacks (GCP/AWS/Azure). /li liStrong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN. /li liExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. /li liProactive approach with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
