We are looking for an experienced Lead Systems Engineer to take ownership of the technical definition and execution of an advanced satellite platform program in Spain.

This is a highly technical, hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who thrives close to the hardware, enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, and can drive technical coherence across multidisciplinary teams from concept through launch and operations.

Responsibilities

- Lead satellite platform system architecture and technical trade-offs.
- Manage requirements, interfaces, budgets and traceability.
- Support subsystem design reviews and technical decision‑making.
- Drive integration, verification and AIT campaigns.




- Manage technical risks, anomalies and verification closure.
- Act as the technical focal point across internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
- 7+ years in space systems engineering.
- Strong AIT and verification background.
- Hands‑on systems integration experience.
- Knowledge of ECSS or equivalent standards.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Nice to have
- Avionics, C&DH; or onboard software verification exposure.
- Configuration management and technical documentation expertise.
