You will need to have the grit to do acquisition and negotiations with a can‑do attitude. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliProactively identify, prospect, and engage high‑potential hotel partners across the Spanish and/or Portuguese market through outbound sales activities, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and market research. /liliOwn the full top‑of‑funnel sales process, from lead generation and qualification to relationship building and onboarding coordination. /liliDevelop strong discovery and active listening skills to understand hotel partners' business needs, commercial challenges, and growth opportunities.
/liliBuild and maintain a healthy commercial pipeline with strong follow‑up discipline, accurate CRM management, and clear prioritization of opportunities. /liliDrive high‑volume outreach activities with confidence, resilience, and consistency, being comfortable spending a significant part of the day on calls and commercial conversations. /liliRepresent the Trip.com value proposition in a compelling and consultative way, helping prospective partners understand how we can support their distribution, visibility, and revenue growth. /liliCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders to accelerate onboarding, resolve blockers, and maximize conversion opportunities. /liliTake ownership of your market with a highly entrepreneurial mindset, operating with speed, autonomy, and accountability. /liliAnalyze market trends, competitor activity, and commercial opportunities to continuously improve acquisition performance. /liliMaintain strong organization and attention to detail across pipeline management, negotiations, follow‑ups, and commercial reporting. /liliCreate and maintain a strong network within the industry, acting as a brand ambassador and trusted advisor. /liliBring passion and proactivity into everything you do, motivating yourself and those around you. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliFluent in Spanish and English.
