You will work with lead-ing organizations, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and playing a key role in designing and implementing technology solutions that drive sustainability, operational excellence, and regu-latory compliance. /ph3Your Role /h3pAs a Senior Functional Consultant, you will lead enterprise software implementation projects, acting as the bridge between clients and technical teams to ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements and provide measurable value. /ppReporting directly to the Director of Operations, EMEA, you will become part of an interna-tional consulting team specializing in digital transformation and SHEQ software solutions. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3ulliAdvise clients on the implementation of software solutions supporting SHEQ, Compli-ance, ESG, and Risk Management processes. /liliAnalyze business processes and translate customer requirements into functional solutions. /liliParticipate in complex implementation projects, collaborating with consultants and ana-lysts to configure, validate, and deploy functional and technical solutions. /liliEnsure high-quality project deliverables through functional validation, testing, and end-user training. /liliFacilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and project meetings with clients. /liliBuild long-term relationships with international clients, delivering an exceptional custom-er experience. /liliSupport pre-sales activities by contributing to service estimates, proposals, and solution presentations. /liliCollaborate with geographically distributed teams on international projects. /li /ulh3What We’re Looking For /h3h3Experience /h3ulliMinimum 5 years of consulting experience, preferably in projects related to Safety, Health, Environment,



Quality (SHEQ/QHSE), Compliance, Risk Management, or busi-ness process improvement. /liliMinimum 4 years of experience implementing enterprise software solutions. /liliProven experience leading all phases of digital transformation and software implementa-tion projects, including: /li /ululliRequirements gathering and analysis. /liliFunctional configuration and system setup. /liliFunctional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). /liliEnd-user training. /liliFunctional documentation. /liliQuality assurance. /liliGo-live support and post-implementation assistance. /li /ululliExperience facilitating workshops and managing customer-facing meetings. /liliAbility to independently manage projects and client relationships. /liliExperience with ESG, Compliance, Occupational Health Safety, and Risk Manage-ment projects is highly desirable. /liliExperience working with multiple enterprise software platforms is considered a strong advantage. /li /ulh3Education /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Safety Engineering (required). /li /ulpAdditional qualifications in the following areas are highly valued: /pulliEnterprise Software Implementation. /liliAgile or Scrum methodologies. /liliISO standards, OSHA regulations, and environmental legislation. /li /ulh3Languages /h3ulliProfessional English (C1/C2) is required. /li /ulh3Technical Skills /h3pExperience with the following is highly desirable: /pulliEnterprise software implementation and functional configuration. /liliBusiness process analysis and functional design. /liliFunctional architecture and application integrations.
