Account Manager – Dutch Speaking | Barcelona, Spain

a Dutch-speaking Account Manager to join a fast-growing tech
company based in Barcelona. You will own a portfolio of B2B clients
across the Dutch-speaking market, drive revenue growth, and build
lasting partnerships — all from one of Europe's most exciting tech
hubs. This is a high-impact role with an uncapped bonus structure
and a clear path for growth. What You'll Do Manage and grow a
portfolio of B2B accounts across the Dutch-speaking market Drive
upsells, cross-sells, and renewals to consistently exceed revenue
targets Act as the main point of contact for clients — building
trust, solving problems, and delivering value Collaborate with
Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure client
satisfaction Identify new business opportunities within your
existing account base Maintain accurate pipeline and account data
in CRM What We're Looking For Native or fluent Dutch speaker
(C1/C2) — mandatory Fluent English — mandatory 1–2 years of
experience in sales, account management, or a client-facing




commercial role Proven ability to hit and exceed targets Strong
communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced
environment Experience with B2B software or SaaS — a plus What's In
