ppbOmega CRM is a Merkle Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer. /b /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyze requirements. /li liParticipate in the technical design of projects. /li liProvide effort estimations for projects. /li liWork collaboratively with the Omega team and/or the client’s team to help achieve project objectives. /li liAnalyze and optimize application performance. /li liIdentify potential technical risks in the project and propose alternative solutions. /li liCollaborate with technology providers when required by the project. /li liDocument processes and track system performance metrics. /li liValidate and test the technical solution against business requirements. /li liTrain end users on the developed functionality and proper use of the software applications. /li liImplement the latest technological advancements and solutions. /li liEnsure compliance with the software quality standards established by Omega's Technical Management. /li liGenerate technical documentation for completed projects. /li liActively contribute to the training and development of other team members. /li liCollaborate in Omega’s community of practice by sharing technical knowledge. /li liIdentify potential methodological improvements for the technical team. /li liEvaluate and recommend products and systems that drive technological innovation.



/li /ul h3Knowledge / Experience /h3 ul liDegree in Computer Engineering or a similar technology-related field. /li liAt least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer. /li liExperience developing solutions on Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud in the Salesforce ecosystem. Experience in other Salesforce clouds is a plus. /li liKnowledge of development technologies (APEX, Visualforce, LWC, migration tools, SOQL, web services). /li liUnderstanding of both DevOps/Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery principles, as well as the importance of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and coding methodology principles, is a plus. /li liAbility to work independently and take ownership of assigned applications. /li liExcellent spoken and written English. /li liAny Salesforce certification is a plus. /li /ul h3What do we offer /h3 ul liPermanent contract. /li liFlexible Schedule.
