You learn new tasks quickly and willingly support others, including colleagues and customers. /p h3About The Role /h3 pIn this opportunity as an Implementation Consultant, you will: /p ul liBring 5â8 years of experience in IT integrations and configuration, preferably within eâinvoicing. /li liDemonstrate an understanding of the AP/AR lifecycle and eâinvoicing compliance regulations across the EU and APAC regions. /li liDeliver endâuser and superâuser training, and make decisions related to configuration and troubleshooting. /li liAct as a specialist in large, crossâfunctional implementation projects and partnerâled projects. /li liContribute to project planning and timeline management. /li liResolve customer support issues effectively. /li liCollaborate with internal teams, including Product, Sales, and Support, as well as partner organizations. /li liSupport preâsales activities, such as software demonstrations and scoping for prospective clients. /li liCustomize and configure applications according to agreed specifications. /li liDesign, develop, and document project deliverables in line with agreed timelines and budgets. /li liParticipate in application configuration, implementation, and testing. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pYouâre a strong fit for the role if your background includes: /p ul liExperience acting as an implementation and solution consultant in large, crossâfunctional implementation or partner projects. /li liContributing to project management activities, including creating and updating project plans and timelines. /li liResolving customer support issues in a timely and effective manner. /li liWorking closely with key business teams, such as Product, Sales, Support, and partner organizations.
