(Hybrid) We're hiring a Czech-speaking Account Executive to join an
international sales team based in Madrid, Spain . Location Madrid,
Spain (Hybrid) Permanent Contract Compensation €30,000 gross annual
base salary Uncapped commission plan Monthly target commission of
€600 , with performance multipliers: 80% target: 1.3x commission
100% target: 2x commission 150%+ target: 3x commission Top
performers also benefit from quarterly commission accelerators ,
offering even higher earning potential. Key Responsibilities Manage
the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Conduct product
demos and client meetings. Build strong client relationships.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs.



Collaborate with internal teams to
ensure an excellent customer experience. Requirements Native/Fluent
Czech and strong English . 1–6 years of experience in Sales, BDR,
SDR, Outbound Sales, or Call Center. Comfortable with cold calling
and KPI-driven environments. Currently residing in Spain. What We
