This is a major greenfield Data Center project with long term opportunity. /p pAs the Planning Manager you will be responsible for leading all planning activities on the site, including managing a planning team consisting of Senior intermediate project planners. CMs construction teams in Planning related topics /li liCommunicating with the Client in support of the business /li liResponsible for implementing the Planning SOPs /li liEnsuring that appropriate Planning Progress systems are in place on each project /li liTroubleshooting any Planning related issues /li liSupporting and advising on bids and tenders including project selection process /li liAssisting in the preparation of claims and providing data for contractual disputes /li liAdvising on and developing best practice for the company /li liImproving and advancing Planning within the company /li liAssisting with Planning Department innovation initiatives /li liCovering Senior Planner responsibilities when required /li liIn all aspects, maintaining objectivity and factual reporting /li liAssuming roles as part of the Planning Department Management Team subsidiary functions /li liAll other duties associated with the role /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liMinimum 7-10 years experience working in planning on large-scale construction projects. /li liBe proficient using Primavera P6, Earned Value Management, Excel. /li liClear understanding of construction methodologies and sequence. /li liAble to produce programme to plan and monitor the works from necessary information (drawings/model/SOW etc.). /li liCapable of managing the planning of large-scale projects with minimum supervision. /li liBe highly motivated, a self-starter able to work well in a team on or your own. /li liClear communicator /li liAbility to work well within strict deadlines. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
