Among our customers, you will find WB, IADB, UNOPS, UNIDO, UN Women, FAO, Millennium Challenge Corporation, USAID, World Vision, the British Council, and many other consultancies, civil engineering organisations, NGOs, universities, and research institutes. We provide these organisations with business information and support them in implementing their projects. /p pWe are looking for a Programme Manager for the Development Aid sector to manage and execute significant donor‑funded assignments awarded to DEVAID LTD. The scope of these assignments often includes providing recruitment services to the respective organisations. You manage teams of consultants responsible for hiring key personnel for new countries or regional organisations. /p pIn addition to recruitment services, you may be involved in other assignments that may include providing research and/or project implementation services to our customers. The successful candidate will also source and identify relevant bidding opportunities for DEVAID LTD. After successful identification, the candidate will coordinate the proposal with other team members, lead the recruitment process,



and successfully assemble a bid, including all required communication. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage a portfolio of donor‑funded projects. These projects will be primarily managed remotely. However, some travel to the respective countries is anticipated for necessity. /li liLead project teams consisting of different consultants. Depending on the project, you may work with specialists such as recruitment specialists, HR Consultants, market researchers, technical experts, sustainability experts, and others. /li liEnsure that projects remain in scope and meet budgetary, scheduling, and quality requirements. /li liProvide training and instruction on the use of project tools. /li liBe the main point of contact in all communications with the customer. /li liPrepare proposals, interview and hire qualified staff, and coordinate the bidding process for upcoming framework agreement assignments. /li liIdentify relevant tenders and prepare proposals for such bidding opportunities. /li liReport to the program director weekly. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience in the international development sector (having worked for at least one international NGO, donor, or development agency). /li liProven experience managing projects remotely. /li liLargely independent.



/li liProven experience in the field of international development aid. /li liExperience with managing and coordinating teams of consultants. /li liExperience with recruitment and human resources management is a plus. /li liA bachelor’s degree in International Relations, International Business Administration, Development Studies, Human Resources, or a related field is required. /li liThe successful candidate for this position will have full professional proficiency in English.
