In this role you will own and build a new growth-driven business line within Fever, shaping its strategy and performance. You will lead cross-market initiatives and collaborate with multiple teams to drive key metrics across 40+ markets. Reporting to the Global Growth Director, you will manage end-to-end projects with a hands-on, data-driven approach. This is an opportunity to have a real impact at a global category leader and scale Fever’s growth while shaping partnerships and internal processes.

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years in analytics, strategy, or related business roles
• Proven track record leading teams or major projects
• Engineering bachelor’s or maths/statistics/data analytics/strategy background
• Strong data-driven mindset for strategic decision-making
• Excellent interpersonal and xqbhyrx communication skills across disciplines
• Advanced English; other languages a plus
• Hands-on, proactive, solution-oriented
• Experience managing teams of skilled professionals
