This role is focused on driving successful project execution, coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing dependencies, and ensuring on‑time delivery across multiple workstreams. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and Program Managers within a hybrid Agile delivery environment, combining structured governance with Scrum based execution. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage project delivery across multiple software development initiatives. /li liLead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives. /li liCoordinate dependencies, risks, timelines, and resource planning across teams. /li liTrack project progress, delivery metrics, and milestones using Jira and Confluence.



/li liProvide regular status reporting and communicate risks, blockers, and mitigation plans to stakeholders. /li liFacilitate collaboration between engineering, product, and business teams. /li liSupport continuous improvement initiatives and delivery best practices. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li3+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Software Delivery, or a similar role. /li liStrong experience working within Agile environments (Scrum and Kanban). /li liSolid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). /li liProven track record of delivering software projects from planning through execution. /li liExperience managing cross‑functional teams, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. /li liHands‑on experience with Jira, Confluence, and project reporting tools. /li liAbility to understand technical concepts and work effectively with engineering teams. /li liExperience in cloud environments (GCP preferred) is a plus. /li liExperience within Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical environments is advantageous. /li /ul h3Additional Requirement /h3 ul liAvailability to provide coverage and collaborate during US East Coast business hours. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
