In this role you will support regional supply planning to ensure demand and supply alignment. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop long-term plans and improve availability of products. You’ll analyse constraints, monitor inventory and contribute to Su0026amp;OP processes, applying data-driven insights to prioritise allocation. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Develop and review long-term supply plans aligned with demand forecasts
• Execute mid-/long-term MPS, RCCP, and DRP plans for the region
• Monitor supply network constraints and under-utilisations; provide data and recommendations to the SC team
• Review inventory policies, track slow-movers, and monitor obsolete stock to support efficient inventory management
• Identify Finished Goods requirements and prepare allocation proposals based on priorities and market needs
• Provide inputs and reports for regional Su0026OP meetings ensuring alignment with supply and demand
• Collaborate with Operational Supply Planning and Material Planning teams to ensure supply availability and resolve issues
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and accuracy
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering with focus on supply chain
• 1-2 years of experience in a Supply Planning role (FMCG experience xqbhyrx advantageous)
• Fluent in English
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Problem-solving attitude and team orientation
• Ability to work in a diverse, integral environment
