High English level is required. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the design, development, and delivery of complex software applications and systems /li liDefine technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices /li liMentor engineers through code reviews, guidance, and technical leadership /li liCollaborate with Product, UX, QA, and other stakeholders to define solutions /li liEnsure high‑quality code via testing, reviews, and best practices adherence /li liDrive adoption of modern technologies, tools, and processes /li liTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges /li liManage technical debt and ensure long‑term maintainability /li liSupport planning, estimation, and prioritization of development work /li liPromote innovation, continuous learning, and team collaboration /li /ul h3Mandatory Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field /li li7+ years of software development experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role /li liStrong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices /li liSolid expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and system integration /li liHands‑on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud,
