This is an opportunity to join a lean, entrepreneurial environment where you'll work closely with senior professionals and gain hands‑on involvement across the full deal lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the execution of buy‑side, sell‑side and capital raising mandates.
- Preparing financial analyses,



valuation models and marketing materials.
- Conducting industry and company research.
- Assisting with due diligence processes and coordinating with clients and external advisers.
- Working closely with senior team members throughout live transactions.

We're keen to speak with professionals who have:
- Previous M&A; advisory experience.
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
