Accounts Receivable Teamlead

to join their Accounts Receivable Services team. Operating as a critical financial engine for the business, this organization combines robust internal controls with continuous process optimization to deliver seamless operational support across multiple countries.

Main responsibilities :Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the Cash Register team, ensuring precise reconciliation of payment methods and cash transactionsLead, coach, and empower team members through workload distribution, performance feedback, and structured onboarding/training initiativesEnsure full execution and alignment of month-end and year-end closing activities related to cash register and Accounts Receivable processesMonitor operational performance against established KPIs, maintaining rigorous compliance with internal controls and standard proceduresServe as the main point of contact for complex incident resolution, managing operational escalations and account discrepanciesPartner effectively with key internal and external stakeholders, including Country Finance teams, Treasury, retail stores, and GBS leadershipDrive operational excellence by identifying process bottlenecks and supporting standardization,



continuous improvement, and automation projects

Core skills/experience :Solid hands-on background in Accounts Receivable operations, cash register processes, and payment method reconciliations within a structured corporate environmentProven leadership experience: Ability to manage, mentor, and organize priorities for an operational finance teamTechnical proficiency: Strong command of SAP, advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and operational reporting toolsFinancial & compliance acumen: In-depth understanding of accounting principles, month-end closings, internal controls, and KPI reportingAnalytical mindset: Demonstrated ability to analyze operational risks, resolve complex account discrepancies, and optimize workflowsStrong interpersonal skills: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate seamlessly across international unitsNice to Have:

SSC/GBS background, experience in banking/treasury operations, process automation tools, or familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, and ticketing systems
