Community Living Instructor (CLI)

to provide one-on-one support to an individual with developmental and intellectual disabilities in

San Ramon, CA .This is a very part-time position

As a CLI, you will provide direct support and teach independent living skills in the participant’s home and community. Your goal is to promote independence, safety, and confidence through personalized care and encouragement.Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one support in the home and communityAssist with personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, and daily routinesSupport community outings, appointments, and recreational activitiesPromote independence, communication,



and social skillsMonitor participant health and safety and report concernsComplete required documentation and follow agency policiesQualifications

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferredDrug screeningDOJ fingerprint clearanceNegative TB testCPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)Compassionate, reliable, and committed to supporting individuals with disabilitiesNo experience required.

Paid training is provided before working independently.Compensation
