We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Cyber Security Analyst to support enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity operations, end-user computing, and manufacturing systems. The successful candidate will work closely with internal technology teams and external partners to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient IT services while maintaining high service availability and operational standards.Key Responsibilities

Administer and support enterprise IT infrastructure, including Windows servers, Active Directory, networking, and Microsoft 365 environments.Monitor, maintain, and optimize IT systems to ensure high availability, performance, and security.Support cybersecurity operations, including security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and user security awareness initiatives.Provide technical support for end-user devices, business applications, and manufacturing-related IT systems.Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues, ensuring timely resolution within agreed service levels.Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to implement infrastructure improvements, upgrades, and technology projects.Coordinate with third-party vendors for support, maintenance, and issue resolution when required.Maintain IT documentation, operational procedures, and technical standards.Participate in infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives that enhance system resilience and operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, security standards,

Minimum

7 years

of experience in IT infrastructure, technical support, or systems administration.Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and enterprise networking.Experience supporting cybersecurity technologies and responding to security incidents.Proven ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and end-user issues.Experience supporting enterprise IT operations and participating in technology implementation projects.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external service providers.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA Security+, ITIL, or equivalent) are advantageous.Willingness to undertake occasional business travel within Europe, if required.Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial IT environments.Familiarity with IT infrastructure monitoring and cybersecurity best practices.Experience working in multinational or geographically distributed IT environments.
