AtInnoIT , we're looking for an experiencedCybersecurity Program Directorto lead a strategic cybersecurity transformation program within an international organization.Hybrid position based in Barcelona (Spain).RequirementsBachelor's degreeor higher in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.15+ yearsof experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or IT.7+ yearsleading cybersecurity programs or large-scale transformation initiatives.Strong understanding ofInformation Security, Cloud & IT Infrastructure, Networks, SDLC, and Security Risk Management .Experience managingexecutive stakeholdersand reporting toC-Level .Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Professional English proficiency (C1/C2).Nice To HaveExperience withISO 27001, NIST, DORA, or NIS2 .Experience inregulated industries .Certifications such asCISM, CISSP, PMP , or similar.What You'll DoLead aglobal cybersecurity transformation programacross multiple workstreams.Coordinatecross-functional teamsand executive stakeholders.Monitor progress, managerisks, dependencies, and blockers .Driveprogram governanceand executive reporting throughKPIs and dashboards .Ensure alignment betweenbusiness and technical teams .We can sponsor a Spanish work permit for qualified candidates.
