**Key responsibilities**
+ Act as the person to go-to for an excellent service to our internal customers
+ Check and follow-up data appropriately ensuring accuracy, consistency and reliability in all systems used.
+ Provide timely response to stakeholders and establish appropriate working relationships with them.
+ Ensure that developed processes are followed successfully and enforce business and operational rules by providing adequate support.
+ Ensure all communications are managed via used tools or specific escalation channels.
+ Support Continuous Improvements Projects and Process Documentation updates.
+ Perform Root Cause Analysis on data quality issues and drive continuous improvement on processes and systems.

**You bring**
+ Degree in business administration or similar background.
+ Excellent spoken and written English is a must, knowledge of any other language is a plus.
+ Good practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point, Word).
+ Highly motivated to learn, talented and eager to grow professionally.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure while respecting tight deadlines.
+ High service-oriented mind set-up.
+ Experience with SAP is an advantage
