Role purpose

Provide technical support to customers, suppliers, sales teams and internal departments for HVAC/R compressor applications, ensuring accurate compressor selection, correct use of technical documentation, timely handling of enquiries and warranty cases, and high customer-oriented technical service.

Key responsibilities

· Provide technical support regarding compressor applications, operating limits, refrigerants, system design and installation recommendations.

· Support selection and validation of compressors and accessories using technical data, selection software, operating conditions and supplier documentation.

· Review customer test data and application information to identify deviations, risks or improvements in refrigeration circuit design.

· Assist customers during prototype testing and commissioning phases.

· Manage and follow up technical enquiries with factories and suppliers.

· Support warranty and claim cases by collecting information, coordinating analysis, reviewing findings and contributing to reports and recommendations.

· Maintain and update technical documentation, datasheets, application guidelines, internal knowledge bases and selection tools.

· Provide technical input to Sales, Marketing, Logistics and Management when required.

· Contribute to continuous improvement of departmental processes, response quality, documentation standards and digital tools.

RequisitosCandidate profile / requirements
Technical education in refrigeration, HVAC,



mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a similar technical field.
Relevant experience in HVAC/R systems, refrigeration circuits, compressors or technical customer support is preferred.
Knowledge of compressor technologies such as scroll, rotary, hermetic reciprocating and variable speed compressors is an advantage.
Understanding of refrigerants and application conditions, including CO2, R290, R32, R454C and other refrigerants.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, datasheets, wiring diagrams, application envelopes and performance tables.
Knowledge of European safety and regulatory frameworks such as EN 378, PED and Ecodesign is an advantage.
Good command of Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM, selection software or technical database experience is a plus.
Good written and spoken English required; Spanish, Italian, French, German or other languages are an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
