In this role, you will focus on the following:Work with Sales and Marketing to define opportunities to customers in territoryWork with customers and distribution partners to refine their own specs based on product knowledge and understandingManage customer programs through designs cycles: prototype, EVT, PVT, pre-production, and mass productionReview customer board designs and assist in their evaluationDefine the feasibility of customer requestsDemonstrate evaluation platforms in front of customersProvide field trial supportConduct extensive laboratory testing and characterization of reference platforms and assist the transfer of designs to external customers for evaluation and productionWrite documentation to support reference designs, evaluation kits, and product datasheetsGather information about new product features needed to help define roadmapPresent roadmap and technical specifications in front of internal and external customersHelp sales management understand and prioritize requests coming in from other regionsDrive activity across engineering functions in support of customersProvide management with regular updates on business outlook based on design stage and activitiesSupport technical product training to other FAEs on MaxLinear productsProvide support to FAEs from other regions as neededPrioritize efforts based on urgency and opportunity sizeQualificationsSelf-motivated, good communication skills and ability to excel in a team environmentBS in Telecommunications,
