What You Can Expect:We are looking for a professional with a strong focus on Controlling and Business Analysis, someone who can think critically, analyze data, and make informed decisions.Responsibilities- Ensure autonomy in monthly reporting.- Prepare VPM analyses and bridges without supervision.- Maintain consistent control of monthly forecasts.- Identify at least two process improvements or automation opportunities within the first six months.- Build strong working relationships with local delegations and cross-functional teams.Requirements & CompetenciesTechnical Requirements- Advanced Excel skills: PowerQuery, PowerPivot, modeling, and complex functions.- Solid experience in controlling or business analysis (minimum 3–4 years).- Knowledge of KPIs such as GM, EBITA, VPM, variances, and results analysis.- Proficiency in Power BI (data models + basic DAX).- Familiarity with ERPs (ideally SAP FI/CO).- Previous experience in monthly reporting, closing,
