What you'll do As part of our international Sales team, you will: * Build and strengthen long-term relationships with customers. * Identify new business opportunities and support business growth. * Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow opportunities through to completion. * Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Production, Quality, Business Development and other internal teams to ensure excellent customer service. * Analyze markets, competitors, pricing, and customer trends to identify new commercial opportunities.
* Prepare sales forecasts and contribute to commercial strategy. * Travel occasionally to visit customers and attend international industry events.
What we're looking for We're looking for someone who is curious, proactive, customer-oriented and eager to grow in an international B2B sales environment.
Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering or Biotechnology. * 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, B2B Sales or a similar commercial role. * Native Spanish and fluent English. * Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP is a strong plus. * Strong communication, analytical and relationship-building skills. * Work in a truly international environment. * Develop your career in the pharmaceutical industry. * Be part of a collaborative and supportive team. * Competitive fixed salary + performance bonus. * Stable, long-term position based in Barcelona.
