We are currently seeking a Rental Agent for our Benidorm branch, a customer-focused, proactive and enthusiastic professional who enjoys working with people in a dynamic international environment.
Main Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service to both national and international clients.
Manage reservations and rental agreements for our vehicle fleet.
Identify customer needs and promote additional products and services.
Handle invoicing, payments and cash management procedures.
Carry out vehicle check-in and check-out processes.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
Contribute to the achievement of branch sales and customer satisfaction targets.




Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, sales or commercial roles.
Advanced level of English (other languages will be highly valued).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commercial mindset with a strong customer-oriented approach.
Valid driving licence (B).
Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday.
