The NEMESYS Group at IMB-CNM (CSIC), in collaboration with Energiot, is seeking a highly motivated Junior Researcher / Research Engineer to contribute to cutting‑edge research in Energy Harvesting, MEMS, Wireless Sensor Systems and Smart Grid Technologies.

About HEROGRID HEROGRID is developing innovative solutions for Dynamic Line Rating (DLR) and smart power infrastructure monitoring through: * Self-Powered Electronics You will contribute to technologies that improve the efficiency, resilience and sustainability of future energy networks.

Your Main Responsibilities * Research piezoelectric, vibration-based and magneto-mechanical harvesting technologies * Design, simulate and characterize MEMS and low-power electronic systems * Integrate wireless sensing solutions for smart grid applications * Perform experimental validation under real-world and harsh environmental conditions * Collaborate with leading European research centres, universities and industrial partners Required: * MSc or PhD in:
