At Morgan Philips Executive Search, we are partnering with a leading FMCG company, backed by one of the most powerful agrifood groups in the United States, in the search for an International Senior Sales Development Manager B2B to drive its general growth within the food protein business.

The position can be based anywhere in Spain (ideally Madrid), although other European locations will also be considered.

The Mission To lead international business development by identifying new opportunities, opening strategic markets, and strengthening relationships with key clients worldwide within a B2B environment.

The operating environment will be centered on proteins for the dairy and dairy-derived products industry.

We are looking for a profile with: More than 10 years of experience in the food proteins / ingredients sector.

Proven previous experience in additives, proteins,



or related ingredients supplying the dairy and dairy-derived products industry is essential. A strong track record in international B2B business development.

Hunter-oriented profile, with experience in acquiring new business preferably in Europe.

Experience working with and developing business with the Top companies in the global agrifood sector (with a focus on Europe).

Strong strategic and commercial mindset, with a high impact on results.

Ability to manage industrial clients and global key accounts.
