At UBE Corporation Europe, we are looking for a Business Development Manager - CASE Markets to drive the growth of our business within the Coatings and Polyurethanes markets across Europe.

We are seeking a professional who combines strong technical expertise with a commercial mindset, capable of building long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and leading strategic projects with international impact.

How will your day-to-day look? You will play a key role in driving growth across strategic markets while working in a highly international environment.

Your main responsibilities will include: * Develop and manage customer relationships within the Coatings and Polyurethane markets. * Identify new business opportunities and lead commercial development activities across assigned territories. * Provide both technical and commercial support to customers, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions. * Work closely with Technical Service, Product Management, Supply Chain and Customer Service teams. * Lead customer projects from the initial evaluation phase through to industrial implementation. * Monitor market trends, applications and competitive developments within the CASE industry. * Support sales forecasting, market analysis and CRM activities. * Contribute to the expansion and positioning of UBE in key European growth markets. * Maintain regular interaction with international customers and cross-functional global teams.

What are we looking for? Education * Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or a related field.

Experience * Proven experience within the Coatings and Polyurethane markets.



* Strong combination of technical expertise and commercial responsibility. * Experience managing customers and business development activities in France and the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). * Experience working in international and multicultural environments. * Previous experience within the chemical industry or CASE-related sectors will be highly valued.

Tools * Experience with sales forecasting and market analysis tools is an advantage. * Strong customer orientation. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to identify growth opportunities and develop new business. * Results-oriented mindset. * Strong relationship-building and influencing skills. * High level of autonomy and proactivity. * Ability to work effectively in international environments. * Strategic thinking and market development focus.
