At UQUIFA Group, we are looking for a Junior Sales Manager to join our Off-Patent API business and help us continue delivering high-quality pharmaceutical solutions to customers in more than 70 countries.

What you'll do

As part of our international Sales team, you will:

- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and support business growth.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow opportunities through to completion.
- Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Production, Quality, Business Development and other internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Analyze markets, competitors, pricing, and customer trends to identify new commercial opportunities.




- Prepare sales forecasts and contribute to commercial strategy.
- Travel occasionally to visit customers and attend international industry events.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is curious, proactive, customer-oriented and eager to grow in an international B2B sales environment.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering or Biotechnology.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, B2B Sales or a similar commercial role.
- Native Spanish and fluent English.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP is a strong plus.
- Strong communication, analytical and relationship-building skills.
