IOT Lenses is seeking a People & Culture generalist with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition to own end-to-end recruitment and partner with hiring managers. You will also contribute to people initiatives that build a healthy, sustainable and human-centered workplace as the company grows.
Most of your time will be dedicated to end-to-end recruitment, guiding decisions and delivering an excellent candidate experience, while also coaching on development and people dynamics.
