Role summary

We're looking for a Salesforce professional who combines solid functional knowledge with hands-on development.

The landscape includes Service Cloud, Field Service, and Experience Cloud, with a customer portal built in React and Lightning Web Components.

Core responsibilities

Release management:

· Source-code version control and package management per release

· Writing release notes and detailed deployment procedures

· Managing automated build and deployment where possible

· Executing deployments across TST / ACC / PRD environments based strictly on documented procedures

· Maintaining environment planning for the unit and coordinating with the wider IT community on deployment topics

· Monitoring and impact analysis, especially around Salesforce platform upgrades

Development & maintenance:

· Analyzing and fixing production incidents (Apex, Flow)

· Technical design, configuration, and Apex development on project work

· Building new front-end pages for the customer portal (Experience Cloud, React, LWC)

Technical skills (must-have)

· Strong expertise in Salesforce deployment and environment branching processes

· Proven experience across the full Salesforce deployment lifecycle (3+ years)

· Hands-on experience managing Salesforce releases with Azure DevOps (3+ years)

· Broad Salesforce configuration and development experience (5+ years): JavaScript, Flow,



Apex, and front-end (React / LWC)

· Root-cause analysis and issue resolution in Apex and Flow

· Master data mass creation/modification

· Administration of users, profiles, permission sets, groups, and queues

· Strong command of Object Manager (fields, page layouts, Lightning pages, validation rules)

· Comfortable working in Agile

Nice-to-have

· Familiarity with a TFS/Jenkins release environment (helpful for the ongoing migration)

· Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Web runtime

Certifications

Must-have:

· Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator

· Salesforce Certified Platform Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect

· Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer

· Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II

· Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant

· Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist

Should have:

· Salesforce Certified Data 360 Consultant

· Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant
