About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner your mission will be to find the next great talent for Amenitiz! You will partner with our very engaged hiring managers, building strong relationships with them that will give you a deep understanding of their needs, how helping them to hire will mean Amenitiz will be even more successful and of course all while delivering a great service to our candidates!

You'll manage not only to fill positions, but you play the long game, bringing value to Amenitiz through high-performing and driven talent. Your impact on our culture is direct, bringing diverse talent and helping hiring managers and interviewers overcome potential bias.

You treat others the way you want to be treated. This means you are an advocate for strong candidate experience, moving fast and with honesty at all stages of the process.

About you

- You have experience in owning the full recruitment cycle
- You have experience hiring for either Customer Service, Customer Care or Sales roles
- You were part of a fast-paced company (or agency) and are able to get things done through ambiguity
- Passionate, goal-driven and always want to go the extra mile
- You are excited about working in a diverse team and able to adapt in a dynamic environment




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish, French, Italian, German or Portuguese would be a plus)
