Operario de mantenimiento Pinto

DURACION --------------- LOCALIZACION.

Permanente --------------- – Madrid (Taller de Pinto).

PROPOSITO DEL PUESTO.

Participar en la correcta ejecución de los trabajos de mantenimiento en el taller de Pinto, garantizando el cumplimiento de los índices y requisitos de calidad del servicio establecidos tanto por la Dirección como en los planes de mantenimiento. Reparación y Media Vida de equipos mecánicos, neumáticos y eléctricos de material rodante.

ESTRUCTURA ORGANIZATIVA

Operario – Mando intermedio – Resp. de Producción

REPORTE ORGANIZACIONAL





Reporta jerárquica y funcionalmente a los mandos intermedios que tiene la estructura organizativa del taller de Pinto.

RESPONSABILIDADES.

Realización de reparaciones y overhaul de equipos:

- Bogies / Ejes.
- Motores / Motoventiladores.
- Reductores.
- Amortiguadores.
- Transmisiones.

Cumplimiento de las normas, procesos de seguridad y calidad de la compañía (QHSE). Contribuir de manera proactiva a la mejora de la seguridad a través de la identificación de situaciones de riesgo, y la implementación de planes de acción.

Partipación y colaboración en actividades formativas.

Participación en actividades de mejora de procesos en la producción.

REQUERIMIENTOS DEL CANDIDATO.

Formación:

Formación: FP electrico / mecánica y/o electromecánica.

Se valorará positivamente: Técnico en Mantenimiento Material Rodante Ferroviario y/o experiencia en trabajos del entorno ferroviario.

Idiomas: Castellano

EXPERIENCIA

Preferiblente: 1 año experiencia

Se valorará experiencia en mantenimiento ferroviario
