We are looking for a person with experience as a B2B product designer who can help us tackle new projects at Embat, working closely with their squad, being proactive, and having a special sensitivity to create intuitive products with a seamless experience. Embat was born to reinvent how finances are managed, and we strongly believe that user experience is crucial to our success.

We need

- Approach product design with a 360º perspective by creating solutions and experiences: conceptual design, research, prototyping, pixel-perfect design, user testing, and following up on implementation.
- Work closely with your squad to understand problems and define effective solutions based on research and data.
- Be able to independently organize your own work, meeting the objectives set by your team.
- Have a good command of Figma and be comfortable using tools like Notion and Jira.
- Enjoy passionately communicating your work to other teams in the company, such as Operations, Marketing, Data, etc.
- Have special experience in designing and conceptualizing B2B products.
- Have a humble, proactive attitude and a willingness to help others.

Requirements





- Updated portfolio showcasing a track record of B2B digital products and ideas that demonstrate your skills.
- At least 2 years of experience as a B2B product designer. Comfortable working with engineering teams and product managers.
- Languages: Fluent in English & Spanish.

It would be ideal if

- You have knowledge of building and maintaining design systems.
- You have a deep understanding of the B2B digital product and design ecosystem.
- Experience working with decentralized teams.
- Experience conducting user tests or other similar research processes.
- Experience in the financial industry or fintech, as well as in working with desktop applications that have high data complexity.
