What would you do working with us?

- Passing daily purchase orders for replenishment of warehouses.

- Forecasting/demand planning: calculating estimated equipment quantities

needed in forthcoming months: Liaison with Sales Team for refined forecasts.

- Stock control: monitoring relevant KPIs such as Waste %, out-of-stock rates, and inventory level.

- Liaise with suppliers to negotiate purchase prices and conditions, such as Lead delivery times,



minimum order quantities, Colli sizes and formats, purchase prices, and margin.

- Daily coordination with Sales, Ops, and Invoicing teams.

- Update Sunhero databases daily with purchase orders, stock levels, deliveries

and other relevant information.

- Generate delivery notes for pick-up orders at warehouses.

- Reporting: tracking of equipment demand per city, region, period, and other

relevant metrics.

- Periodical update of Sunhero’s digital ecosystem with up-to-date information.

What we would need from you to be successful in this role?

- You have 3+ years of work experience in purchasing/procurement.

- Ideally, you have some experience working in the energy sector and on supply chain and logistics (especially heavy industries, car industry, construction, maritime freight, mining, exports, and equivalent sectors).

- You are a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.

- High command of IT systems + Microsoft Office + Google Workspace.

- This position is full-remote, with the possibility of working from the Barcelona

office.

- Availability is required to visit warehouses, logistic platforms, photovoltaic

installations,



and other visits to infrastructures and stakeholders.
