Eurise K is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operator to join our operations team in Spain.
This role will focus on handling daily shipment operations, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring smooth execution of logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end shipment operations (mainly ocean freight).
• Coordinate with carriers, agents, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Prepare and verify operational documents (booking, shipping instructions, BL, invoices, etc.).
• Monitor shipment status and proactively manage delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate records and update systems in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with clients and partners in both English and Spanish.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational procedures.
Requirements




• 0-1 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
• OPEN FOR FRESHER
• Good understanding of ocean freight operations and documentation.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
