The Role
We’re looking for a CFO at ecosystem level to work closely with the CEO and Founder.
This is not a traditional CFO role. The mission is to design, structure and protect the financial architecture of a growing multi-company platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Cashflow management across the ecosystem and ventures

- Structuring and monitoring licensing fee models

- Managing intercompany loans, repayments and interest structures

- Supporting refinancing processes with banks and financial partners

- Building simple, scalable financial frameworks for replication

Requirements

- Senior finance background (CFO / Head of Finance) in scale-ups, platforms or multi-entity structures

- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and cashflow-first approach





- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast decision-making

- Experience with licensing or recurring fee models is a plus

- International experience (NL / ES preferred)

Conditions

- Location: Netherlands or Valencia (weekly office presence if Valencia-based)

- Full-time or strategic part-time, depending on fit
