- Contract following up from legal / contractual standpoint in relation to the fulfilment of contractual conditions.
- CPs for milestones achievement and recognitions. Both in front of subcontractors and clients.
- Claims from subcontractors and clients. Writing letters and including specific references to facts and contractual clauses.
- Sending these communications out. Keeping up after claim correspondence.
- Support on pre-arbitration process or any relavant dispute process.
- Non Conformities to Contractors. Writing letters and including specific references to facts and contractual clauses.
- Keeping up after non conformities correspondence.
- Managing Claims to Clients Writing letters and including specific references to facts and contractual clauses & Keeping up after claims correspondence.




- Managing Contractors’ Bonds – receiving them , checking them and keeping up copies of the bonds and following up re validity and extensions/renewals.
- Supporting PMs and QM regarding quality docs (certificates etc).
- Supporting PMs on preparing regular Project Reporting & planning.

- Experience in similar role of Contracts Manager for at least 3 years in PV Solar / Renewables.
- English (must), Spanish / Italian (added on value).
- Engineering Degree (Legal would be added on value).
- Location could be in Italy (Rome) or in Spain (Madrid).
- Reporting to Head of Construction.
