What You'll Do

- Document actions in CRM systems and follow established protocols

Who You Are

- Professionally fluent in Norwegian, Danish, or Dutch
- Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Calm, resourceful, and customer-focused
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Clean credit history required for banking-related roles
- Willing to work rotating shifts (for Dutch eCommerce role)
