Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding new clients to ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes.
- Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to ensure customers are achieving their desired outcomes with our products.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and service enhancements.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce churn and increase customer retention rates.

Requirements:

- Fluent Danish speaker with B2 level proficiency in English.




- Proven experience in customer relationship management or account management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve customer satisfaction.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer support.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer engagement tools.
