In this role, you will be the frontline support for Dutch-speaking customers, providing exceptional service and assistance while working from a beautiful location in Greece.

Responsibilities

- Provide support to Dutch-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Deliver accurate information regarding products and services, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues proficiently, striving for maximum satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall customer support processes.
- Stay informed about the latest products, services,



and industry trends to provide comprehensive assistance.

- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle customer complaints effectively and professionally.
- Proficient in CRM systems and comfortable with basic computer applications.
