This remote position, based in Greece, is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about home appliances and delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in assisting customers in Dutch, helping them with their inquiries related to appliance products and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries regarding appliance products, warranties, and repairs via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Provide detailed product information and assist customers in troubleshooting issues with their appliances.
- Help customers place orders, process returns, and schedule repairs as needed.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up.
- Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex product issues efficiently.
- Stay informed about product features, updates,



and industry trends to enhance customer service.

- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the appliance sector or retail, is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to appliances effectively.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries and maintain accurate records.
- Comfortable using customer service software and CRM applications.
- Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
