Responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding customer support in Dutch for inquiries related to imaging solutions.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support.

- Work collaboratively with technical teams to ensure customer needs are met promptly.




- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance.

- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in technology or imaging solutions.

- Familiarity with customer service software or ticketing systems is advantageous.
