Key Responsibilities

- Source and attract candidates through various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Communicate effectively with candidates in Dutch, guiding them through the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to discuss candidate pipelines and strategies for talent acquisition.





- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- No prior recruitment experience is required; we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse candidates.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic understanding of social media and online recruiting tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
- Able to follow a 3 months fully paid training in Greece
