As a Talent Consultant, you will play a vital role in connecting talented candidates with rewarding opportunities, all while contributing to our vibrant and innovative team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage talented candidates across various sectors, utilizing your network and recruitment skills.
- Conduct insightful interviews and assessments to ensure candidates match client requirements and cultural fit.
- Build and foster strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process.
- Work closely with clients to understand their specific recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from crafting compelling job descriptions to negotiating offers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our recruitment strategies are top-notch.




- Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities and candidate engagement.

- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred but not mandatory—enthusiasm is key!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and clients alike.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to streamline the recruitment process effectively.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for helping candidates find their dream jobs.
- Willingness to work remotely while embracing the lively culture and environment of the Costa Del Sol.
- Already living in the Malaga area.
- Be willing for a 3 months fully paid training in Athens, Greece.
