Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager

Salary: €33,000 gross per year

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead the F&B; department of a well-established hospitality operation in Marbella. You will be responsible for overseeing all F&B; outlets, ensuring high standards of service, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of all F&B; outlets, including restaurants, bars, and catering services

- Lead, train, and motivate the F&B; team to deliver excellent service and meet revenue goals

- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

- Collaborate with chefs and suppliers to maintain quality and consistency in menus and service





- Drive guest satisfaction and handle feedback with professionalism

- Plan and execute events and promotions to enhance the guest experience and boost revenue

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing F&B; operations within a hotel or resort environment

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Fluency in English is required; German is a plus

- Solid knowledge of F&B; trends, inventory control, and cost management

- Hands-on attitude with a focus on team development and guest satisfaction

- Legally authorized to work in Spain or the EU
