Key Responsibilities

- Source and engage potential candidates using various channels, including job boards and social media platforms.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills and compatibility with roles.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate records and updates in our applicant tracking system.
- Support candidates throughout the recruitment process by providing information and guidance in Finnish.




- Collaborate with the recruitment team to enhance and optimize our talent acquisition strategies.

- Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
- No prior experience in recruitment is necessary; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills for effective candidate interactions.
- Self-starter able to work independently in a fully remote setting.
- Familiarity with social media and online recruitment platforms is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
